As an IPA (*), our services are fully confidential and free of charge
(pre-paid by the regions we cover).

We are the one-stop-shop for any foreign company
willing to develop and expand in Western France.

If you are looking for an expansion, a creation, an acquisition, a partnership in France in order to develop in Western Europe, we can help you find the right partner and the right place within the two regions of Western France (Pays de la Loire and Poitou Charentes).

We work with you on your specific project from the study to the setting up and more:

  • We carry out with you a preliminary brief to define all the requirements of your project.

  • We collect the information (sector, available sites or buildings, incentives, partners, workforce, infrastructures, utilities) for you.

  • We hand you out a single package for your specific project.

  • We organize the sites/buildings visit with and for you.

  • We link you to the local partners (businesses, authorities, clusters, development agencies).

  • We accompany you throughout your setting up phasis and give you advice on the incentives negotiations.

  • We offer ongoing support for any extension or specific need (incentives, relocation) for your new site in Western France.
