| - OUEST-genopole® is a strategic project for higher education and research, as well as for the economic development in the fields of Marine biology, Agriculture - Food-processing, Human health and Bioinformatics. This network of 54 research units federates both the Brittany and Pays de la Loire regions and includes 800 scientific researchers working on genomics and post-genomic programs. 5 core facilities : Sequencing/Genotyping, Transcriptomics, Proteomics, Functional exploration and Bioinformatics. - CanceropoleTM Ouest (included in the French Cancer Project): Inter-regional structure gathering 52 teams, 450 researchers, 15 research units and 9 hospitals centre. Major aims : assisting the transfer of information and technical expertise to the clinical sector. More information
- Pole Agronomique Ouest : Inter-regional network developing applied research programs for industrial partners. More than 100 programs have been achieved for last 10 years. Main fields: agriculture, food processing, sea and health.More information
